Responsibilities:
- Planning and optimizing Google/Youtube/Linkedin Ads & paid campaigns with clear ROI focus
- Develop, implement, and manage SEM campaigns across Google Search Ads, Bing Search Ads, and SA360
- Stay updated on the latest SEM trends, tools, and best practices
- Writing and designing engaging content — from emailers to blog posts and guest features
- Develop and implement SEO/GenAI strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis
- Perform on-page optimization, including meta tags, headers, image optimization, and internal linking
- Execute off-page SEO campaigns including link building, outreach, and guest posting
- Tracking performance metrics (Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Insights, etc.) and reporting learnings weekly
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 3–6 years of experience in digital or growth marketing (B2B focus a must)
- Strong copywriting skills and creative thinking
- Understanding of SaaS or CRM products (travel industry exposure is a big plus)
- Proficient in Google Search Ads, Bing Search Ads, and SA360In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and off-page optimization strategies
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and WordPress management can be a plus
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
